On April 12, 2024, DCYF was notified that seven-year-old M.T.J. arrived at a hospital with life threatening, nonaccidental trauma injuries. M.T.J died on April 16th. DCYF received six intakes between October 2015 and the death of M.T.J.’s then seven-month-old in 2018.
