SUMMARY OF DEATH
Eleven-month-old Camilla Francisquini was found dead at her home at 150 Millville Avenue in Naugatuck, Connecticut on a Friday after officers responded around 11:30 AM. According to police, the child had been choked, stabbed, and dismembered by her biological father, 31-year-old Christopher Francisquini, who lived in the home. The cause of death was determined to be neck compressions and stab wounds, and the manner of death was ruled a homicide. Prior to the killing, Francisquini had been involved in a dispute with the child's biological mother in Waterbury. He removed his GPS tracking device—he was on special parole with an extensive criminal history—and fled in a gray 2006 Chevrolet Impala, which was later found abandoned on Interstate 91 in New Haven. Despite a widespread search involving the FBI, he remained at large at the time of reporting.
